We were able to find the right house and Cynthia helped us with leads on contractors and services that were uniformly excellent in maintaining the property from a distance. We were particularly impressed with Cynthia's attention to detail and willingness to be candid with us, even when it wasn't something we wanted to hear. We recently sold the same property with Cynthia's help and her attention to detail and thorough knowledge of the market and pricing was invaluable. Going through the home buying process can be a stressful time. That being said, having a good real estate agent in your corner can make the difference between driving yourself nuts over the little things and moving the process along smoothly. If I had to do it all over again without a second thought I would work with Cynthia Hash again. I always felt like I was Cynthia's number one priority. My house was a new construction and therefore I had numerous meetings with my home builder and loan officer. Cynthia showed up to every single meeting. She even made it to ones she did not have to be at. The entire time we were working together I knew that she was taking care of all my needs.
